What factors affect our columbarium price?
Size: The quantity of niches most directly affects the columbarium price.
Configuration: Non-standard configurations cost more than standard configurations. This includes curved, assymetric, or multi-sectional configurations.
Face plates: Granites vary in cost.

What additional costs should we expect to establish a columbarium?

Whether you are building a wall from scratch or reusing an existing wall, there will be construction costs.
At a minimum, addiitonal costs to consider are lighting, seating and directional signage.
If your location is exterior, you will have additional considerations such as landscaping, access and security.
Maintenance and administration can probably be handled by existing personnel.
Contact us for a comprehensive list of cost considerations.

What recurring columbarium costs should we expect?
Face plate engraving: You can have the engraving done locally or you can return the face plates to us for engraving.
Small material costs: Silicon adhesive, widely available at home improvement stores, is used for sealing the niches.

What are ways we can defray the costs?
Order the niches in batches as needed. However, to maintain the same appearance, we recommend that you purchase as much granite as you will eventually need.
We can give you guidance on fundraising and selling niches.
